Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 July 2026
These terms govern the design and development services provided by Wize Design EOOD ("Wize," "we," "us") to you ("Client," "you"). By reserving a project, paying a deposit, or otherwise engaging us, you agree to these terms.
1. What we do
We design, build, and launch conversion-ready websites in Framer. A typical engagement covers design, build, copy direction, and motion, delivered as a fully editable Framer project with a walkthrough at handover.
2. How a project starts
You reserve a launch slot through our booking / inquiry form.
We agree on scope, timeline, and price in writing (email or proposal).
The project is confirmed once you accept the proposal and pay the deposit.
We take a limited number of projects per month, so a slot is only held once the deposit is received.
3. Pricing and payment
Projects start at $5,000, quoted as a fixed price per project based on the agreed scope. Unless stated otherwise in your proposal:
50% of the total is due as a deposit to confirm and begin the project.
50% is due on completion, before final files and the live handover are transferred.
All prices are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD, $) unless your proposal states otherwise, and are exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable. Payments are made through the method shown on your invoice. Where you pay by card, the payment is processed on a secure, PCI-DSS-compliant page hosted by our payment provider (Wise, through its acquiring partner) — we never see or store your full card details, and 3-D Secure authentication may be applied. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Before payment, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Service and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Timeline
We work to a fixed turnaround (typically around two weeks per project) agreed in your proposal. Timelines assume you provide required content, assets, and feedback on schedule. Delays in your input move the delivery date accordingly.
5. Revisions
Each project includes one round of revisions on the agreed design. A "round" means one consolidated set of feedback that we implement together. Additional rounds, or changes to scope, direction, or requirements after work has begun, are quoted and billed separately.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide content, brand assets, and access needed to complete the work.
Give clear, consolidated feedback within the agreed windows.
Confirm you own or are licensed to use all materials you supply, and that they don't infringe anyone's rights.
7. Deliverables and handover
On final payment, you receive the completed website as an editable Framer project, along with a Loom walkthrough. You are responsible for your own Framer subscription, domain, and any third-party tools or licenses needed to keep the site live after handover.
Our services are delivered digitally — there are no physical goods and no shipping. Delivery normally happens within the timeline set in your proposal (typically around two weeks from project start, subject to timely input from you). We do not sell products subject to export controls or export restrictions.
8. Ownership and portfolio rights
Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you once we have received full payment. Until then, all work remains our property. Third-party assets (fonts, stock, plugins, etc.) remain under their own licenses. We may display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it before booking.
10. Warranties and liability
We deliver our work with professional care and skill. Beyond that, services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from third-party platforms (such as Framer), your hosting, your content, or changes made after handover.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you booked applies to your project.
