Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident before you book. This policy explains what happens if a project is cancelled and how refunds work. It applies to all design and development services provided by Wize Design EOOD.

Nature of our services

We provide custom, made-to-order design and development work. Because each project is bespoke and we reserve limited capacity for it, the terms below reflect the time and slot committed to your project.

Deposits

The deposit confirms your project and reserves your launch slot.

  • If you cancel before we begin work, your deposit is refundable minus any costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. third-party licenses or stock purchased for your project).

  • Once we have started work, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers work already performed and the slot held for you.

Cancelling mid-project

If you cancel after work has started, you are billed for the work completed up to that point. Any amount already paid beyond that is refunded; any shortfall is invoiced. We'll hand over work-in-progress files for anything you've paid for.

Completed work

Once a project is completed and delivered, and final payment has been made, the fee is non-refundable. Fixes to agreed deliverables are handled under the revision terms in our Terms of Service.

Revisions

Each project includes one round of revisions. Dissatisfaction that falls within the agreed scope is resolved through that revision round rather than a refund. Additional changes are quoted separately.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email us at teo@wize.design with your project details. We respond within two business days and process any approved refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Payment disputes

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we'll almost always sort it out faster than a formal dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
