Propellus was entering a new stage of growth, preparing for a capital raise and serving a broader market than its website reflected. We rebuilt the experience around two distinct audiences - businesses seeking capital and accredited investors, while raising the credibility and perceived scale of the company.
The challenge
The business had outgrown the website
Propellus was entering a new stage of growth, but its existing website made the company feel smaller and less established than it was. Generic imagery, dense copy and weak hierarchy buried important proof, while the experience focused almost entirely on businesses seeking financing despite Propellus also needing to communicate with investors.

The strategy
Two audiences. One coherent business.
The redesign needed to serve businesses seeking capital and accredited investors without forcing either audience through messaging intended for the other.
- Separate business and investor journeys
- Route visitors from the first screen
- Clarify the funding products
- Show how they differ
- Leadership and proof closer to decisions
- Investor information closer to decisions

The strategy
01 - Making both sides of the business understandable
We rebuilt the narrative around the relationship between businesses seeking capital and investors funding that growth, then structured the messaging so each audience could immediately find the information relevant to them.
02 - Giving each audience a clear path forward
We reorganized the site around dedicated funding, investment, leadership, press and investor-relations journeys rather than presenting the company as a single-purpose funding provider.
03 - Raising the perceived level of the business
We retained the equity in the existing identity while introducing stronger hierarchy, more considered imagery, disciplined typography and a more institutional visual system.
04 - Turning the strategy into one scalable system
The full experience was designed and developed as a responsive system that could support multiple products, audiences and future company updates without losing clarity.

The outcome
A platform built for Propellus’ next stage
In five weeks, the site moved from a dated, single-audience experience to a digital presence structured around the wider business Propellus was becoming.
- Clear proposition for businesses
- Clear proposition for investors
- Dedicated journeys for both audiences
- Five structured funding solutions
- Dedicated investor-relations experience
- Scalable system for future growth
