This policy explains how Wize Design EOOD ("we," "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit wize.design or engage our services. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Bulgarian law.

Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

• Information you give us — your name, email, company, and project details when you use our booking/inquiry form or email us.

• Billing information — details needed to invoice and take payment for a project (handled through our payment provider).

• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and device/browser type, collected when you use the site.

Wize Site Audit

We offer a free website assessment tool at audit.wize.design. When you submit a website address, the tool fetches publicly accessible pages of that website and analyzes their content using an AI service to produce an assessment. The pages analyzed are public information about a website, not personal data about you.

If you choose to unlock the full assessment, we collect the name, work email, company, and (optionally) role you provide, together with the assessment results, so we can deliver your report and contact you about it — legitimate interest / steps to enter a contract. We do not add you to marketing lists. Your IP address is used transiently to prevent abuse of the tool and is not stored with your details.

Assessment reports are accessible only via unguessable links and are excluded from search engine indexing.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To respond to inquiries and provide quotes — legitimate interest / steps to enter a contract.

• To deliver projects, invoice, and manage the client relationship — performance of a contract.

• To keep records required by law (e.g. accounting) — legal obligation.

• To understand and improve how the site is used — legitimate interest.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third parties to run our business and only share what's needed:

• Framer - website hosting and delivery.

• Wise - payment processing.

• Stripe - payment processing.

• Vercel - hosting and delivery of the audit tool.

• Supabase - database storage for audit results and inquiries submitted through the audit tool.

• Anthropic - AI analysis of publicly accessible website content submitted to the audit tool.

• PostHog - privacy-focused product analytics for the audit tool, configured without cookies or persistent identifiers.

• Zapier - routing of audit-tool inquiries to our internal tools.

• We may also use scheduling, email, and analytics providers to handle inquiries, communicate with you, and understand site usage. Each processes only the data needed for that function.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project data for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and request portability. To exercise any of these, email teo@wize.design. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP / КЗЛД, cpdp.bg).

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site and, where enabled, basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

The audit tool at audit.wize.design uses cookieless analytics and does not set tracking cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date above when we do.
